• Owner Fee: $50 per stay
• HOA Fees:
• Under 3 days: $80 first pet / $40 second pet
• 4+ days: $150 first pet / $50 second pet
• Limit 2 pets per stay. No weight limit.

Breed Restrictions (per HOA):
No aggressive full breeds allowed: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
